Does it work with all garment types?
Yes — fitted, oversized, loose, knitwear, hoodies, dresses, outerwear. GarmCheck handles drape and silhouette across the full clothing range, not just tight-fitting items.
How accurate is the body mapping?
Body measurements are derived from a single front-facing photo using proprietary computer vision. Accuracy improves with garment-specific size chart configuration.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. Shoppers tap the try-on button, upload a photo, and see themselves in your garment. No signup, no app download. Their photo is processed and discarded.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan and we keep going. If you don't, the widget switches off automatically — no charge, no contract, nothing to cancel. We never auto-bill a card we don't have.
Is my customer data secure?
Customer photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in the EU/UK, and deleted after the try-on session completes. We're GDPR-compliant and never use customer images to train models.
How long does integration actually take?
Under an hour for a Shopify store — one line of code, no developer required. For headless or custom stacks our team is on a call with you the same day.
